The Ocean Beach Sales and Rental offices have been selling and renting homes in Ocean Beach since its founding in 1946. The Monterey Beach Realty office, which shares space with Ocean Beach Sales, has been part of the Ocean and Monterey Beach communities since 1959. Both sales staffs have more than 90 years of combined experience helping people buy and sell vacation homes and investment properties. The rental office has a staff of six full-time, year-round rental agents and five summer employees that oversee hundreds of rental properties each year, handling every aspect of the rental process.
