The Sales office sits along the highway (Route 35) toward the top middle of the photo. You can see that the lagoon front development had just begun in Unit II; there is only one house built at the end of Gull Lane, three on Canal and two on South Lagoon. Harbor Drive is the stretch of sandy land jutting out into the bay. The clubhouse would later be built near the end.
