CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations:
You may cancel your agreement within 3 days of signing and receive a full refund (as long as occupancy has not begun).  After 3 days, cancellation for any reason would be subject to our cancellation policy.  All cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Cancellation Policy/Breach:  In the event of: (i) Your cancellation of the Agreement or (ii) a material breach of any provision of this Agreement by You, including, but not limited to, Your failure to remit the final balance due, You shall receive a refund of all payment made by You (less a re-rental fee of 10% of the total rent) but only if the Premises is re-rented on the terms set forth herein.  (In such an event, Agent may, without notice and in its sole and absolute discretion, reduce the rental amount offered.  In this case, the guest canceling their reservation is financially responsible for this reduction and their refund will be reduced by the affect of such reduction.)  If the Premises is not re-rented NO REFUND WILL BE MADE.
