First Time Guests

If you have never stayed in Ocean Beach we recommend that you come visit us to take a look at the area and the properties. Most people make a day of it by looking at houses, going out to lunch or dinner and stopping at the boardwalk. The weekends are when most people come to the office but we are open every day so you can certainly come during the week.

If you can't come to look please give us a call. Our agents can answer any questions you may have.

Rentals Begin: We begin renting homes each year the Friday after Thanksgiving. Our office opens at 9am that Friday. Phone reservations begin each year the Monday after Thanksgiving.

Rental Facts

Availability: The rental season lasts from May through October. Cottages are available in Ocean Beach Units I, II and III, as well as in surrounding communities (Ocean Beach Shores, Seacrest Beach, Monterey Beach, Chadwick Beach, and Lavallette). There are more than 500 cottages to choose from. For the largest selection it is best to make your reservation in December or January. Accommodations: Two bedroom cottages that sleep six including children, and three bedroom cottages that sleep eight including children, are available in all locations including ocean front, ocean side, bay front, and bay side. And there is a limited number of four bedroom houses that sleep up to 10 in choice locations.

Weekly Rates: Most cottages are available on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Prices vary based on location and interior furnishings.

Monthly Rates: A deduction of 5% of the total rent is given to guests who rent four or more consecutive weeks in the same cottage. (Does not apply to ocean front homes.)

Seasonal Rates: Special rates apply to those cottages rented for the entire season.

Payments: When you book a house, 25% of the entire rent is due. Another 25% is due 60 days later. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your check-in. We accept cash or checks (sorry, no credit or debit cards).
