Vacation rental procedures for the 2026 season:
- Houses are available to rent from the beginning of May until the end of October.
- Check-In time will be 4:00 pm and will be contactless.
- Check-Out time will be 10:00 am.
- Pillows & bed covers (comforters) are provided and left by the homeowners for each guest to use. You must bring your own linens & towels unless you add on our linen service or it is included with the rental.
- Our regular cancelation policy will be in effect for the 2026 season. To better protect your vacation investment, we suggest visiting www.insuremytrip.com and consider purchasing Trip Insurance with Cancel For Any Reason coverage.
